Such an incredible meal. This marinate was perfect, cooked chicken on weber. Didn't use coconut water in rice (just normal) as worried it would be overpowering - added a few drops of lemongrass EO. Served with Sticky Asian Sesame Sauce (recipe saved from Kitchen Sanctuary)
