This recipe tastes really good, like straight up ice cream (I used artificial sweetener instead of honey and prob went a lil overboard with it lol). BUT BE WARNED: DO NOT MAKE IT THICKER THAN AN INCH AT MOST. Mine ended up like 2 inches thiccc and I can barely eat this, my fingers and mouth become numb halfway through. It's like eating real nice ice cream at first and its bliss but then it all starts descending into torture and u dont know how to control urself u can't stop eating it even though it really hurts because it makes your taste buds feel good :(
