This was quite tasty. While I love chickpeas, they were my least favorite part of the dish; definitely not bad, just not 'stuffing' enough for me. Next time I probably won't stuff the bird, and will make mashed potatoes since there was so much juices for gravy making. The flavor profile was quite nice, simple and rustic. This one is a keeper, with a little tweaking.
