May I ask one cup of powdered sugar is in total of how much grams? And also may I ask do i have to put it in the freezer of the refrigerator?

Hi Joelle, if you convert your units to metric (next to the amount of servings in your recipe) you'll get how much grams you need. 1 cup is about 190 grams.
