Loved this, was fairly easy and I had a lot of the ingredients on-hand. Next time I’d use more potatoes and different beef broth (was more than one can, but not by much so I wasted a lot of broth in the second can)

tip: use cartons of broth. Use what you need and write on front, in felt pen, the balance, close up tight and throw in freezer til you need a couple of cups of broth.
