I used chicken drumsticks...just pressure cooked them & took off the meat. I also eyeballed the seasonings & added garlic powder. I also used white onion. Served it with corn on the cob as I wasn't feeling rice. Overall, I would make it again! I used original BBQ sauce and eyeballed that too as we like things saucy. I cooked it for 20 minutes since the chicken was already cooked
