I was fairly easy. I do recommend taking your time before to do all the prep work and have everything ready to go. I also don't reccomend putting the pasta water in the bowl and stirring it there, but rather saving the pasta water in a measuring cup and putting the pasta and egg mix into the already warmed pot you just dumped the rest of the water out of. No heat from the stove, and if it isn't getting creamy use the pasta water to smooth it out. Serve right away, it is at it's absolute best when pretty much mix to mouth.
