Don't bake--ROAST in the oven. I baked them for at least an hour for a small bag of baby yellow potatoes. I boiled the potatoes for 20 minutes and smash them flat. Spread the potatoes out with spaces between them. The best part was pan frying the garlic with half stick of butter and 3 tbs or more of olive oil, but I had to take out the garlic while baking risked it being burned. Love it was easy. Eat with a sauce.
