I made this for single serving apple crisp - one big Winesap per ramekin. Super easy and turns out beautifully. Since it's a smaller dish it doesn't need as long a cook time (1 hour turned out like applesauce lol) but the flavor was ON POINT and easy to tweak for flavor preference. Gonna be making a lot of these this fall. ⭐
