Turned out really good! Flavors were great and it was easy to make. Sprinkled with shredded park and it was that little something that took it up a notch. Gravy is great for on top of a mashed potato.
I served with with a side of mashed sweet potatoes and it felt like a holiday meal. Definitely thinking of making this for holidays.
