This was good, but as mentioned by everyone else, it is pretty plain in the spice department. I took everyone's advice and added garlic (sauteed with the onion), garlic salt, onion salt, mustard powder and a little Tabasco sauce. I thought it needed more cheese than indicated and it was still way thinner than Panera. It was easy to make, but took me way longer than indicated in the recipe and I really think it needed to simmer longer if you want the same tenderness as the restaurant. I served it with fancy-schmancy Wal-Mart sourdough (which definitely did not hold a candle to Panera sourdough:)
