Definitely bland.. I felt like that was expected for a pretty healthy pancake recipe though and wasn't shocked or disappointed. The blueberries added a burst of juiciness and flavor to the pancakes. I'll definitely be using this recipe again - although bland I feel like our taste buds can adjust and I'm not willing to buy premade pancake mix at this point sooo.. 🙂
