We doubled the quantities and it fed 2 adults and 2 children. Next time I maje it I will quadruple recipe and freeze half. Big hit with the family including my big meat eater partner. Not like a watery tin of tomatoes. Really moorish and tasty. Next time I would very tempted to leave it longer in the oven to see if the tomato concentrates down further.
