This was sooo good. Full of flavor. Not super spicy, but has a bit of a kick to it. Been going through my pantry, to try and use up what we have so I did a few things different based off of that. I used regular hot links instead of andouille, substituted the heavy cream with half milk and half greek yogurt, used spaghetti noodles instead of penne and used Old Bay seasoning instead of creole seasoning. With these changes, it was really delicious, so looking forward to making it next time as the recipe calls for.
