Family loved it. Definitely will make it again. I used my own personalized seasoning mix to season my chicken. I used both half and half and heavy whipping cream to get a thicker mixture (can also had more cheese to thicken it). I also directly seasoned my sauce with fresh garlic, Italian seasoning and Cilantro. Tasted very rich. I used a box of very thin whole grain noodle.
