Our whole family, including my picky eater daughter, loved this recipe. I did make a few substitutions, because I was just using what I had on hand. I used Siracha sauce instead of Tobasco, and for the cheese I used shredded Italian mix instead of mozzarella, about a cup of shredded Monterey pepper jack blend, and Dietze and Watson Cayenne Jalapeno cheddar cheese. Instead of plain cream cheese, I used Allouette Garlic and Herb spreadable cheese. My Panko crumbs had Italian seasoning in them, and I sliced a third jalapeno pepper for a topping. My husband absolutely loved this recipe and suggested I try it next time with some ham chopped into it.
