I thought it was tasty. Does need a little additional seasoning (perhaps a hot pepper for some kick), otherwise it's rather plain. This is a good basic vegan zoodle dish. If you don't like the flavor of nutritional yeast, you probably won't like this recipe though, as the main "seasoning" ingredient is nutritional yeast. I would make this again, but with minor taste adjustments. Also, I recommend making the zoodle strips a bit shorter. I spiralized whole zuchinnis instead of halves, and it was a bit difficult to stir in the pot due to the long strands.
