Great recipe! The lemon curd was perfectly sour and not too sweet, just the right thickness. The Meringue was light and fluffy but still sturdy. It is a complicated recipe, it is impossible to make an easy lemon meringue pie, they are tricky but this is a great recipe. The only thing I would add is once you have the tempered egg yolk mixture slowly whisked into the lemon mixture you need to stir with a rubber spatula fairly frequently until it has thickened. I think they forgot that instruction. Other than that it's a very easy to follow recipe.
