I wish I could find my photo of this decadent sandwich. This grown up grilled cheese sandwich might take just a bit longer to make than the versions most of us remember from childhood, but it is absolutely perfect on its own or paired with a simple tomato bisque. The crispy pancetta on the outside definitely elevates!
