Nice, I used a foil parcel on a baking tray rather than foil over fish on the baking tray for ease of cleaning. Served with merchant gourmet Persian grains and used the sauce to pour over both. The sauce was tasty! Quite spicy with the full amount of harissa. Served with sauteed chard and courgettes done in a little butter, seasoning and maple syrup.
