Creation of these cookies did not go by plan at all. First, I realized late that I was out of cinnamon and vanilla. Second, I was talking with a friend on the phone and god only knows how many dates have I added. Then, my food processor decided to bail on me and stick mixer was not much of a help. I added a little bit of greek yogurt and mixed everything with hand and I had to remove orange peel. Making round shapes did not seem like a good idea so I bake it as a sheet and cut afterwards. The cookies are really tasty, can't imagine how great they are if done properly by instructions.
