I was in a rush so I used the proof function on my oven. I wanted to get a good crust so I preheated a cast iron in the oven to bake on. Unfortunately whenever I transferred the dough it deflated and was very ugly but tasted delicious. Normally you want to let a crumb set before you cut into the bread but I was so eager I ate it hot. Absolutely delicious 10 out of 10. Next time I'll probably let the dough rise in the cast iron and not preheat it so that I can maintain the dough shape.
