Needs to be adapted to be better. Use 3 3/4-4 c flour, 1 1/2 t baking soda, 1 1/2 t salt, 3 T *sugar, 5 T unsalted, cold better-cubes, 2 c buttermilk. Bake at 430 F for 20 minutes then reduce to 400 F for 20-25 minutes. Tips very helpful.
