Good but I'd reduce by half the amount of caraway. Just a bit too forward in the dish. I also upped the Hungarian paprika for a bit more kick. Consider more root veg too (parsnip, turnip etc)
Tried making it with rising dumplings but not happy with that part of the dish but il make it again in the cold weather. Ps. Did you know paprika is a stimulant? A few of us didn't sleep much after a couple of bowls!
