We loved this! Would definitely double the sauce so there’s more to go on the rice. I used Hodo firm tofu which is already pressed and it turned out great. Misread the directions and also sliced the block in half to make the squares thinner and would definitely do it again - I liked how crispy/chewy it got! Made a simple blanched spinach with grated garlic and sesame oil to go with it (banchan style). Easy and flavorful!
