Easiest pork chop I’ve probably ever made. Paired the dish with rice and fresh green beans, cooking the green beans in the same pan as the one I seared the pork chops in made for a delicious meal with easy cleanup. I had moderately thick pork chops, and wanted them to come out crispy so I cooked them on top a wire rack for about 25 minutes. They came out moist inside with a good crust. Not often I find a dish I love to make and eat this much.
