I made mine with Tillamook very veggie cream cheese spread (because that's what I had) and Mozzarella cheese (again what I had) and OMG! I'm not much of a cabbage person but this will be on repeat in this household moving forward!
I will say that baking for 20 minutes left the cabbage with a bit of a bite, but I like my veggies like that. If you don't, ya might need to bake a bit longer.
