Had to improvise with the spices a bit, but it still turned out delicious! I did not use the seeds from the jalapeno since I thought there was enough heat elsewhere in the recipe (and I was correct!). Topped the bowls with extra cheddar & avocado since we forgot to get sour cream. Will make again through the fall and winter for sure!
