Wow!.. second attempt in my whole life to make a cheesecake (first one was a disaster) and first attempt to make it in an instant pot (I’m a newbie)!
Please note, the original recipe calls for white sugar or sweetener of your choice in batter, I used monk fruit one. Added orange zest to the batter, otherwise followed the recipe and instructions as best as I could. Delicious, family loved it. Will do again
