This was amazingly delicious, super easy and perfect for single folks like me. Possibilities are endless. I didn’t use a foil package, I used my cute little 1 quart Neoflam covered pot. I can’t wait to make many more versions of this. I will forever bake my ramen.

Last night I used coconut milk, heaping tsp of curry paste, 1/2 tsp ginger paste (from a tube), 1 garlic clove (pressed), shrimp, asparagus, carrots, green onion, mushrooms and dried cilantro (dry your own, amazing stuff). I added carrots but next time leaving them out. Fantastic, better than the Thai restaurant here in Dubuque. 👍🏻👍🏻
