One of our new favourites! Tastes great and is super easy to throw together. We replace the chilli sauce with Sriracha to give it a bit more of a kick. And it seems to work with any kind of onion (we didn't have scallions so we tried both shallots and red onion). Also, it takes a bit longer to cook than the recipe says, both the salmon filling and breadcrumbs take longer to brown and crisp.
