Came out thicker than the photo, more like a porridge than soup in consistency. It was also too tangy from the lemon. I would recommend starting with one tablespoon and adding more if needed. To make it look like the photo you either need less rice or more broth. Unless you are using boneless or breast, than the chicken drumsticks will need to be parboiled prior to being added, because they released a lot of gunk/impurities and it was hard to skim it off because of the veggies floating around. It also turned the soup an unattractive tan color nd not the golden color seen in the photo.
