This was a great filling soup. I would rate it a 9 out of 10. I cooked the chicken in a skillet with some roast chicken seasoning and then shredded it and combined it with the other ingredients. Cooked the chopped onion with the chicken toward the end so they would get halfway cooked before going into the soup. We added some extra corn and green peppers because we wanted to use up the canned veggies. The grilled onions were a nice addition to the soup. We ended up adding the cornstarch mixture at the end to thicken it up a bit and it came out excellent.
