I loved this recipe! I used fat free half and half instead of the heavy cream, light sour cream, reduced sodium chicken broth, and I did not use flour. I thickened my soup utilizing corn starch, I tried the flour the first time I made this and it never thickened and I ended up using cornstarch instead. When I made it again, I just went straight to the cornstarch instead of the flour and it was so much easier. But this is a fantastic recipe, and a bonus is that it is a crock pot slow cooker recipe, so if you have a busy day, this is a great choice!!
