Delicious, the biscuits balance out the tanginess of the cream cheese really nicely. They're very rich, so make them small. I used about 10 digestives, and also melted about 3/4 block of caramilk and rolled the balls in that. I also chilled the balls in the freezer for 30 minutes after rolling, before covering in melted chocolate, which helped to keep the shape. Made about 15 balls.
