I did not use clove only because I do not like the taste of it. Used breakfast sausages we had from our beef order that were very large and not very tasteful, removed from the casings… turned out delicious, and it was a great way to use the sausages up!! I think I overworked pastry a little bit, but it was my first time doing a pie pastry so overall I think I did a pretty good job!
