I thought it was quite tasty! Ate it with paratha which went great! I cooked the turnips 10 extra minutes and they were still on the crunchy side, but I didn’t mind too much. Either the heat wasn’t high enough, it was affected by elevation (we’re at 4000 ft), or the recipe just understated the cook time. Other than that, the spices seemed on point!
