I only made the filling, not the crust. My grandmother is a huge fan of raspberries, so I made this for her. While everyone who tried it liked it, I was not a fan. It was both overly tart and overly sweet. I really liked the color in the picture, but mine came out a lighter slightly more brownish color. It also didn’t set as well as I had hoped. It was fairly think and didn’t ooze all over, but it didn’t slice nicely either. It was a little softer than pudding.
