Admittedly I used this recipe as a guide and didn't measure out all of my ingredients; however, I followed what ingredients to use and overall baking time. I did turn my broiler on at the end to get the twice baked crispy on the very top. I also used a ricer to breakdown the potaton for the filing. It was outstanding! A huge hit with the family and in-laws.
