Chicken mince is made of chicken breast which can be tasteless and can get dry. So balance is key. The recipe is great because the whole “Garam” masalas (cinnamon stick, whole cloves, whole peppercorn and Bay leaf) along with the green chillies and coriander packs so much flavour into the meat. Additionally, the yogurt keeps it soft and moist.
Very easy recipe to follow along but as always with Indian recipes always eyeball it and go with your gut.
