I’m very confused by the directions being that it was just one long paragraph. The recipe called for 6 cups of whole milk, which is a lot given you only provided a roux of 1 stick butter and 1/2 cup flour. Is that really the ratio you used? I added a lot more cheese than what was called for and never got anywhere near the consistency that your sauce showed in the TikTok video. Yours looked like almost a ricotta like texture, but I could never achieve that with mine. Any advice?
