Glory be. This salad is sent from god. I made it for my family and everyone's mouth dropped open when they tasted it. It was unreal.
Cook the farro using Bon Appetit's "perfect farro every time" method, add a bit more honey to help the honey flavor come through, eat it warm, and DON'T SKIMP ON THE RICOTTA. Get the good stuff! Definitely a showstopper for a special occasion, as it's very rich.
