11/2024- Made a similar version, with similar numbers. Added their info in here (shredded coconut & 1/4 cup honey + 1/4 cup maple syrup). Will try with this full recipe next time. The similar version was good & Chunky!!
Super easy. Can add dried fruit or other add-ins as wanted/needed.
10/312022 - added Wheat Germ, dry milk, olive oil, chia seeds +1 cup more oats & changed sweetener to 1/2 cup. Upped servings to 80 (10 cups @ .125/serving). Also used 2nd cookie sheet to press down & cook. I have chunks!! Just not crispy. Maybe didn't cook or let cool down long enough.
