The greatest meatballs we’ve ever had!
Definitely one for the list!
We made ours bigger than stated (between tennis ball and golf ball size) and we got 15 meatballs,
The sauce should be listed to make first as it cooks for an hour, the balls are all of 20-30 minutes (as ours were bigger we cooked ours slightly longer than stated in the instructions.
Add extra oregano to the sauce (added extra 1/2 tsp )
Extra garlic (extra clove) but we like garlic lol!
Definitely add salt to the sauce (we added 1tsp) just to give the sauce an extra little lift, and a dash of pepper.
The meatballs though are perfecto!
Topped off with some Parmesan cheese
We didn’t mix the sauce together on our first go as we wanted to have more of the individual tastes, Next time they’ll be in one pot!
