Need to cook at 425° for 30 minutes. 325° for 40 minutes did not cook the chicken enough. But other than that, this is a GREAT meal!!!!

The recipe says 375 degrees not 325. Maybe that was the problem? I cooked mine at 375 for 40 minutes then another 10 minutes after topping with cheese. The chicken was moist and thoroughly cooked.
