Very easy to make and so, so good! I saw this baking trend online and had to try it. When ingredients are mixed together, it does look oily, but the cookies come out perfect! These are great for anyone who likes soft, moist cookies. If you like them crunchier, I'd recommend experiment with longer baking times. 12 minutes was perfect for me!
