Such a great base to add your own flair to it. I made it for my family including my 1 year old. Used chicken breast tenders and cooked them in the pan with steak seasoning. Then took them out and added a little bit more oil and sauteed the mirepoix. Added the butter and seasoned with a pinch of salt, dried thyme, ground sage and dried rosemary. Could add a bay leaf when putting in the broth. I added some spinach but will put some mushrooms and maybe a seasonal veg like a squash to make it more hearty
