← Replies in Lemon Layer Cake with Lemon Cream Cheese Buttercream Recipe

I followed the recipe exactly as written more or less. I did add more lemon juice to the icing than the recipe asked for. I wanted the lemon to make me pucker. 😂. I also made 2 layers into 4 by cutting them in half with toothpicks and a string. It actually worked! The only thing I should have done was make sure the frosting was a little stiffer before putting it on the cake.
