I haven’t made this recipe yet, I have a question about the instructions. Step 12 says to add “dry milk”, but this isn’t in the ingredients list. Is this meant to say heavy whipping cream? Or is the heavy whipping cream listed in the ingredients meant to be a dry powder? I’m confused but looking forward to making this recipe once I have clearer instructions!
