Perfect! Very moist and not too sweet. Don’t overbake. Next time will check earlier and not let edges of top brown. Also try coconut oil next time.

For my notes: fam likes better with reduced amount pumpkin spice. I also started to reduce sugar by 2/3 cup and subbed 2 cups golden whole wheat or spelt for 2 of the 3 cups AP flour
